Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated, fast-moving Multi-Platform Software Engineer who is AI-native by default — someone who codes with AI agents, experiments with modern workflows, and ships software with speed, ownership, and quality. You’re excited about building real products using Speech-to-Text and AI technologies, feel comfortable in the apple ecosystem (macOS & iOS, incl. shipping via AppStore), and enjoy turning ideas into working applications quickly. In this role, you’ll design, build, and scale end-to-end applications for AI-driven voice products, working closely with Product, AI/ML, and Engineering teams to bring cutting-edge technology into production-ready software.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and scale AI-driven applications across web, mobile, and desktop platforms, with a focus on macOS and iOS
  • Take ownership of the entire application lifecycle : idea → prototype → production → iteration
  • Integrate Speech-to-Text systems into real-world products, including:
    • Audio ingestion and streaming
    • Transcription pipelines and result handling
    • Low-latency, robust, real-time performance
  • AI-first development : Actively use coding agents for implementation, refactoring, testing, and iteration
  • Embrace AI Coding : rapid iteration, pragmatic decisions, shipping over perfection
  • Work in complex system landscapes : Monitoring, debugging, performance tuning, and incident resolution
  • CI/CD pipelines, automation, and observability
  • Collaborate closely with AI/ML, Product, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solution

Technical Skills

  • Full-Stack Development
    • Solid experience building and operating production applications
    • Backend experience with Python, Node.js, Rust
    • Strong understanding of APIs, async processing, and modern architectures
  • Frontend
    • Hands-on experience with React, Vue, or similar frameworks
    • Focus on clean UX, fast feedback loops, and responsive interfaces
  • Apple Stack (Strong Plus)
    • Deep understanding of macOS and iOS
    • Ideally you’ve already built and shipped applications on Apple platforms (via AppStore for desktop and mobile
    • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our mobile application
    • Familiar with Apple-specific constraints, tooling, and UX patterns
  • AI / Speech / Audio (Strong Plus)
    • Experience with Speech-to-Text systems, audio pipelines, or ML integrations
    • Understanding of latency, streaming, and transcription quality challenges
  • Testing & Quality
    • Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
    • System-level thinking about reliability and maintainability
  • Optional:
    • Experience scaling AI-heavy or GPU-intensive workloads
    • Development and support of Windows applications (Rust)
