Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to define AI strategies that align with their business vision, market positioning, and operational priorities.
  • Translate strategic business goals into clear AI use cases, requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Provide thought leadership on AI adoption, governance, ethical considerations, and risk management in line with organisational objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Support business development by identifying strategic AI opportunities and crafting compelling proposals.
  • Build and nurture trusted client relationships through insightful advisory and delivery excellence.
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Drive and Motivation: Passionate about the intersection of AI, business strategy, and innovation. Eager to develop expertise in AI strategy consulting and influence business transformation. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Consulting and Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate complex AI concepts in business terms, both verbally and in writing. Skilled in creating clear, impactful presentations and strategic documents (Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency essential). Adept at stakeholder management and facilitating workshops to align diverse perspectives. Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to synthesise diverse inputs into coherent strategies.
  • Technical and Strategic Expertise: Solid understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and digital transformation trends. Experience or familiarity with AI use cases, data platforms, and emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus. Ability to evaluate AI risks, ethical considerations, and regulatory impacts from a strategic viewpoint. Background in business analysis, management consulting, or technology strategy is highly desirable.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to engage effectively with local clients and teams.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in consulting, technology, or industry roles with exposure to AI-driven business initiatives. Experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
