Description
Ethon is seeking a GTM Manager to bring our Industrial AI solutions to leading manufacturers. You will own new customer relationships, shape our go-to-market strategy, and work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to drive growth.
What GTM Means Here
Our GTM team is technical, sharp, and commercially driven, operating across three dimensions:
- Sales: Own the full sales cycle, proactively identify opportunities, and build relationships.
- Strategy: Shape our GTM motion, prioritize industries, and position against incumbents.
- Operations: Refine how we generate pipeline, run deals, and convert faster.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Talk to process engineers and COOs to understand their operations and KPIs.
- Dig deep into operational challenges and uncover the real pain points.
- Earn credibility with operators, engineers, and executives.
- Travel to customer sites and attend industry events.
- Own a number, close deals, and be measured on outcomes.
- Collaborate with company leadership on strategic accounts and key GTM decisions.
- Move fast and fix things, acting like an owner.
- Work with a team of ambitious people.
You Might Be a Fit If…
- You are technical enough to run deep discovery and commercially sharp enough to close deals.
- You have 2-5 years of experience.

Great fits tend to come from backgrounds like:
- Founding experience
- Technical enterprise platforms (Palantir or C3.ai)
- Top consulting firms (MBB or equivalent)
- Technical GTM roles at high-growth scaleups
- Digital transformation in manufacturing
Bonus:
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial tech, or operations
- A technical degree in engineering, data science, mathematics, or a related field
- Familiarity with how production data flows; Historians, MES, SCADA, ERP
- Experience with enterprise sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
- Fluency in German, French, or other European languages
