We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join our AI Pretraining team within the MAI Superintelligence group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing state-of-the-art pretraining techniques for large language models.
• Collaborating with researchers and engineers to develop and optimize training pipelines.
• Evaluating and analyzing the performance of pretrained models.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI pretraining.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong background in deep learning and natural language processing.
• Experience with training large language models.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
