Description
As part of Nexthink’s AI and automation strategy, this role will drive one of the company’s most visible and transformative initiatives. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for our next-generation AI-powered IT support solution. You’ll build products that go beyond traditional ticketing — bringing proactive diagnostics, autonomous resolution, and truly intelligent assistance to employees. This is a high-impact role at the heart of Nexthink’s AI transformation — ideal for an entrepreneurial, structured, and driven product leader ready to shape the future of intelligent IT support.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver an AI product that revolutionizes how IT teams support employees.
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to uncover employees’ needs and pain points.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to deliver scalable, reliable, and employee-centric AI capabilities.
- Set, track, and optimize success metrics such as first-call resolution, time-to-resolution, and employee satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of AI and IT operations trends to keep Nexthink best-in-class.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager in the enterprise SaaS space.
- Proven experience delivering complex, high-impact products at enterprise scale, balancing technical depth, usability, and reliability.
- Strong ability to structure ambiguity — focusing ideas into clear, impactful product priorities.
- Comfortable operating in high-visibility environments where execution speed and quality both matter.
- Excellent structure and rigor in driving product strategy and cross-functional alignment.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills in a global, fast-paced environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to go the extra mile to deliver breakthrough outcomes.
- A passion for re-imagining how IT support is delivered — intelligent, autonomous, and employee-centric.
