AI Internship (six months fixed term contract)
Description
As an intern, you will immerse yourself in the world of tax operations and work closely with tax experts and technology specialists. Your mission will be to understand our business processes in depth and translate operational needs into AI and data driven solutions that enhance efficiency, quality and client service.
Your role
• Analyse current tax reporting and operational processes to identify opportunities for AI- and modern programming-driven improvements and automation.
• Explore how to apply AI solutions and modern programming to automate data extraction and quality controls, enhancing process efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop proficiency in state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) to address data challenges.
• Collaborate with tax and tech teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with operational needs.
• Help train team members on new AI tools and automated processes, ensuring their adoption in day-to-day operations.
Your profile
• Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Communication Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python preferred).
• Comfortable with data science techniques and proficient in the pandas library.
• Practical experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT) is highly desirable. Familiarity with API.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a genuine interest in understanding business processes and challenging the status quo through automation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
• Fluency in French and good working knowledge in English.
